The MPI Automotive SSMKFD0190 is a 3in left-and-right cat-back for the Ford Falcon FG V8 sedan, running twin chambered mufflers. The handed left-and-right routing carries the bigger 3in bore as two separate rear pipes shaped to the sedan body — flow and a balanced split.
What does the left-and-right layout do on the 3in?
A left-and-right cat-back routes the rear as two handed pipes — a left run and a right run — rather than a mirrored straight dual. On the FG sedan that suits the rear floor and exit points, and at 3in it carries the larger bore down each side.
