FORD MUSTANG V8 FM 2015 - 2017 3in CATBACK WITHOUT CENTRE MUFFLER WITH REAR MUFFLERS & TWIN TIPS (SKU.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive SSMKFD0314 is a 3in cat-back for the FM Mustang V8 (2015–2017) that deletes the centre muffler while keeping rear mufflers and twin tips. Losing the centre silencer is what gives it a freer note.
By dropping the centre muffler and relying on rear mufflers alone, the SSMKFD0314 opens up the middle of the system, so the FM Mustang's V8 breathes more freely and the note steps up from the more silenced layouts. The rear mufflers still control the worst of the volume — this is the freer, harder-edged cat-back rather than a fully open straight-through.
It replaces the exhaust from the catalytic converters rearward, leaving the cats and front pipe in place, and finishes through rear mufflers and twin tips. The 3in bore is matched to the 5.0-class V8. The twin tips set the rear look while the rear mufflers carry the silencing.
It's listed to fit the Ford Mustang FM V8 (2015–2017). Confirm your exact build with us before ordering so the twin-tip exit and rear-muffler routing match your car.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits this MPI cat-back in our own bay across the Illawarra. We line up the rear mufflers and twin tips against your FM and check the clearances before the bay is booked, treating the listing as a guide and confirming the twin-tip exit sits cleanly at the rear.
