Isuzu D-Max 2020 ON 3.0L TURBO BACK WITHOUT CAT & WITH HOTDOG.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive SSMKIZ0024 is a turbo-back for the 2020-on 3.0L Isuzu D-Max that deletes the cat and runs a hotdog resonator — a cat-delete build with a compact straight-through silencer. It is listed to fit the D-Max 3.0L from 2020.
The hotdog is a small straight-through resonator that trims the harshest frequencies without the volume of a full muffler. Paired with the cat-delete on the SSMKIZ0024, it gives the latest D-Max a free-flowing, vocal note — louder than a rear-muffler build but more contained than a fully open system.
It replaces the exhaust from the turbo outlet back, the longest section for this 3.0L. This is the without-cat layout, so the catalytic converter is removed as part of the run.
Because it removes the catalytic converter, it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road or competition use only.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits turbo-back systems in-house. It is listed to fit the 2020-on 3.0L D-Max; we confirm the turbo flange and hotdog placement on your ute before booking.
This SSMKIZ0024 is a supplier system from MPI Automotive carrying a listed RRP, ordered in once fitment is checked. The record doesn't publish the bore or material, so rather than guess we confirm the turbo flange, the hotdog mounting and the rear hanger spacing against your 2020-on 3.0L D-Max so the cat-delete run sits correctly on your ute.
