Why does the dual-cab body define this build?
On the VDJ79 dual-cab, two rows of seating push the cabin back and shorten the tray, so the pipe has to be hung and routed for that underbody — not the layout of a single-cab or wagon. The SSMKTY0013 is listed specifically for the dual-cab, with its hanger positions and run matched to that floor. Pick the wrong body's system and the clearances won't line up under the longer cab.
What does the retained muffler do without a cat?
