Toyota Landcruiser VDJ76 4.5L V8 (DPF) Wagon 4in Turbo Back without Cat & without Muffler.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

Listed for the DPF-equipped wagon, the MPI Automotive SSMKTY0370 is a 4in turbo-back for the Toyota Landcruiser VDJ76 4.5L V8 DPF wagon, run without a cat and without a muffler. It is the most open build for the DPF wagon body.
This part is mapped to the DPF-equipped VDJ76 wagon, a different emissions configuration to the without-DPF cars. As a 4in turbo-back it replaces the exhaust from the turbo back, and this build deletes both the catalytic converter and the rear muffler, running the 4in section unobstructed end to end.
Because this build runs without a catalytic converter, it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road and competition use only. On a DPF-equipped vehicle the emissions hardware is integral to road compliance, so this cat-delete build is strictly off-road.
At 4in the section matches the 4.5-litre V8 turbo-diesel's flow, replacing the factory restriction from the turbo rearward. With neither cat nor muffler in the run, the 4in pipe is the freest configuration for the DPF wagon.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits this turbo-back across the Illawarra for off-road use, checking clearance, the hangers and the rear exit before sign-off. The listed RRP is AUD 3,082.64, and the part can be special-ordered through MPI Automotive when not in stock. Send your VDJ76 DPF-wagon details and we will book the bay.
