MPN 2H-MANIFOLD-HIGH-MOUNT from Radius Fabrications is a high-mount manifold cut for a T3 flange, listed to suit the Toyota 2H in the Landcruiser. The 2H is the older indirect-injection diesel, and this is the open-pattern T3 version rather than the factory-flange CT26 one.

What does fitting involve at our Illawarra workshop?

Oak Flats Muffler Men fits 2H manifolds across the Illawarra. With a high-mount the bonnet line is the first thing we measure — the turbo rides up top, so bay and bonnet clearance get checked first. From there we confirm the T3 flange matches your turbo and seal each joint with fresh gaskets for the heat. Listed RRP is 700 AUD; the labour to fit is quoted after the vehicle is in front of us.

Why a T3 flange, and what does high-mount mean here?

T3 is an aftermarket turbo bolt pattern, so it opens this manifold to a wider range of turbos than a factory-only flange — useful on a 2H conversion where you're choosing the hot side rather than reusing a Toyota unit. The manifold does the standard job: it replaces the factory exhaust manifold and carries the flange the turbo bolts to. High-mount lifts that turbo up high instead of low beside the block. We hold no flow, boost, power or sound data for it.

Will it suit my Toyota Landcruiser?

It's listed to suit the 2H engine in the Landcruiser — the earlier diesel, distinct from the later 1HZ. The supplier gives no years or series, so we treat fitment as listed-to-suit and confirm it on the vehicle. With a high-mount T3 setup, the deciding factors are whether your turbo carries a T3 flange and whether there's room up high for it; we check the listing against your build before ordering.

Is it road legal?

This is a fabricated manifold, not a catalytic converter or muffler, so the part itself holds no emissions device to certify. Whether a turbocharged 2H Landcruiser can stay registered depends on how the whole conversion is engineered and approved against NSW requirements, which we go through with you per build. Radius Fabrications publishes no compliance approval for the manifold, and we won't imply there is one.

Common questions

How is this different from the CT26 version?
This one is cut for a T3 flange, which takes a wider range of aftermarket turbos, where the CT26 version is cut for the Toyota factory turbo pattern. Both are high-mount for the 2H; we'll help you pick based on your turbo.
Is it definitely for the 2H engine?
Yes — it's listed to suit the Toyota 2H engine variant in the Landcruiser. We confirm your engine and turbo before the order goes in.
