Ford Falcon 302-351 2V Cleveland Small Port Extractor Gasket (EMG166) fits selected vehicle.
Category: Extractors and headers

The MPI Automotive EMG166 is a small-port extractor gasket listed to fit the Ford Falcon 302 and 351 2V Cleveland. It seals the exhaust joint at the head for the small-port Cleveland application.
The 302 and 351 2V Cleveland heads use a smaller exhaust port than the larger 4V versions, so this gasket is cut to that small-port shape. The EMG166 seals the flange between the extractors or manifold and the head on those Ford Falcon Cleveland engines. It is a consumable sealing part rather than a performance part, matched to the port shape so it lines up correctly.
An exhaust gasket has to match the head's port openings, and the 2V Cleveland's small port is different from the 4V. Fitting the EMG166 small-port gasket means the openings line up with the 2V head instead of overhanging or restricting the port. Knowing whether your Cleveland is 2V small-port tells you this is the right gasket.
The EMG166 is listed to fit the Ford Falcon 302 and 351 2V Cleveland with small ports. Confirm that your engine is the 2V small-port Cleveland with the workshop before ordering, since the 4V heads take a different gasket.
