This 2in cat-back kit (FORD-FALCON-BA-BF-SEDAN-XT-2-1-2-CATBACK-KIT-INC-2-X-EVERFLO-MUFFLERS) replaces the rear of the Ford Falcon BA–BF XT sedan with two Everflo mufflers. It's the twin-muffler cat-back, with silencing split across two boxes for an even, well-damped note.
What does the two-muffler cat-back do?
Running two Everflo mufflers across the cat-back splits the silencing between two boxes rather than relying on one. That tends to give a more thoroughly damped and even note than a single-muffler kit, which is the reason for the two-box layout on the XT sedan. Both mufflers sit behind the cat, working together on the tone the car puts out the back.

A cat-back replaces the exhaust from the catalytic converter rearward, leaving the engine and the emissions hardware ahead of the cat untouched. On a 2in bore it suits the standard XT sedan.
