The Everflo centre muffler (FORD-FALCON-EA-AU-6CYL-2-1-2-CENTRE-MUFFLER-EVERFLO) is the mid-system silencer for the Ford Falcon EA–AU 6cyl, on a 2in bore. It covers a long run of Falcon sixes — the EA through AU generations — as the box that sits in the middle of the system.
What does a 2in centre muffler suit?
On its 2in bore this Everflo matches the standard EA–AU six. As the middle silencer it sits between the front pipe and the rear, so it works on the mid-range note and the resonance that carries up through the floorpan.
