Built for the long-roof body, this kit (FORD-FALCON-EA-EB-EL-EF-AU-6CYL-WAGON-2-1-2-CATBACK-KIT-INC-2-X-EVERFLO-MUFFLERS) is a 2in cat-back for the EA–AU six-cylinder Ford Falcon wagon, running two Everflo mufflers down the longer rear floor.
Why the wagon needs its own routing
The Falcon wagon carries a longer rear floor and load area than the sedan, so the cat-back has to route differently to suit the extra length and the wagon's rear hanger points. This kit is cut for that body, running two Everflo mufflers — absorptive units that quieten by soaking up sound — for a subdued note down the long back section.
What does a 2in cat-back cover?
It's the system from the catalytic converter rearward, sized at 2in for the six. The converter and front pipe stay; the kit reworks the rear flow and tone through the pair of mufflers, leaving the engine's standard breathing as it was.
