Shaped for the long-roof wagon, FORD-FALCON-EA-EB-EL-EF-AU-6CYL-WAGON-2-1-2-CATBACK-KIT-INC-EVERFLO-MUFFLER-TAIL routes its rear section around the wagon's extended floor and rear axle. Supplied by Exhaust Systems Australia in a 2in bore, this cat-back kit runs a single Everflo muffler and tailpipe.
Why the wagon-specific routing?
A wagon carries a longer body and a different rear-floor and load area than the sedan, so the exhaust run, the hanger points and the tailpipe exit are cut for that shape. This kit is built for the Falcon wagon specifically, which is why the muffler placement and tailpipe suit the long roof rather than being a sedan kit pressed into service.
What does this cat-back cover?
It's a cat-back kit, replacing from the catalytic converter rearward while the cat and front pipework stay put. At a 2in bore it's matched to the Falcon's straight-six, keeping gas speed sensible for a road wagon. A single Everflo muffler does the silencing and the supplied tailpipe finishes the run, fitted as one matched rear section.
