The MPI Automotive FX-189 is the bare, uncoated tuned extractor for the Ford Falcon XR–XF 302/351 2V Cleveland, finishing in a 3-bolt collector — the keener-priced path you can coat or wrap later if you choose.
Why the bare version?
This is the uncoated FX-189 — tuned tube-and-merge extractors that replace the Falcon's restrictive factory cast manifolds, at the keener price point with no ceramic coating applied. It's the choice when you want the fundamentals without paying for a coated finish, and it leaves the door open to coat or heat-wrap the set later if you want to.
Tuned design and the 3-bolt collector
These are tuned extractors with equal-length runners feeding a 3-bolt collector — the flange pattern that bolts the extractor to the rest of the exhaust. The tuned layout gives each cylinder a cleaner path than the cast manifold it replaces.
