The MPI Automotive FX-483LHS is the passenger-side stainless manifold replacement listed to fit the Mitsubishi Pajero NP/NS 3.8L 24V V6 (6G74) from 2002 on. It is a side-specific casting that replaces only the left-hand bank manifold.
