The MPI Automotive FX-485RHS is a driver-side 304 stainless manifold replacement listed to fit the Mitsubishi Triton MJ (1992–1996) 3.0L DOHC 12V V6 (6G72), swapping the factory cast manifold on the right bank for a tubular stainless one.
Why stainless for an early MJ Triton?
Built in 304 stainless, this manifold is the corrosion-resistant answer to a cast factory unit that, on a 1990s ute, has had decades to rust, crack and blue with heat. The stainless tubular replacement gives the driver-side bank of the 6G72 a cleaner, longer-lasting path out. On a vehicle this age, the durability of stainless is the main draw.
