Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover, 110 County 93 3.5L V8 Extractor (FX-884) Fits LAND ROVER/RANGE ROVER.
Category: Extractors and headers

The MPI Automotive FX-884 is a V8 extractor set listed to fit Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover and 110 County models with the 3.5L V8. It replaces the cast factory exhaust manifolds at the cylinder heads.
An extractor, or header, swaps each cast factory manifold for tuned-length tubes that merge further down. On a V8 that means a set per bank, with the goal of reducing back-pressure off the heads compared with the original manifolds. It sits at the very front of the exhaust. We can't publish power or sound figures for the FX-884 — the supplier hasn't, and we won't quote numbers we don't have.
The FX-884 is listed to fit the 3.5L V8 across Discovery, Range Rover and 110 County applications. The supplier hasn't published exact build years here, so confirm your specific model and engine with the workshop before ordering. Treat it as 'listed to fit' rather than guaranteed — feed data can be incomplete on these older models.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits V8 extractors in-house. On these Rover-family V8s we check head-face condition, manifold-stud access and how the extractors mate to your existing downpipe. Send your vehicle's details and we'll confirm the FX-884 and book the work.
The FX-884 is an MPI Automotive part with a recommended retail of $674.47. As a header for older Land Rover V8s it may be an order-in item, so ask us about lead time when you book.
