Twin 2.5" Catback Exhaust.55
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The Redback K-RPM15784 is a twin 2.5in cat-back listed to fit the Holden Commodore VU–VZ ute (2000–2007), running centre hotdogs into a rear muffler. The twin layout is the defining feature — two 2.5in pipes the length of the system rather than a single line.
Running twin 2.5in pipes gives the system more combined cross-section than a single pipe while keeping each pipe a manageable diameter. On a Commodore ute that's a packaging and flow choice suited to these V6 and V8 utes. The two bores are the hard number here; we don't publish material, so we won't claim stainless or aluminised either way.
This kit pairs centre hotdogs — compact straight-through resonators that smooth the note — with a rear muffler that does the heavier quietening at the back. The result is a tuned chain: the hotdogs take the rasp out mid-system and the rear muffler keeps overall volume in check. It's a more resolved setup than a single silencer.
It's listed to fit the Holden Commodore VU through VZ ute, 2000–2007. As a cat-back it replaces everything behind the catalytic converter, leaving the factory cat in place. Confirm your exact ute and engine with the workshop before ordering so the twin run lines up with the converter outlets.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits the K-RPM15784 in-house across the Illawarra. Twin systems take more care over hanger spacing and clearance under the tray, which is exactly what we check before fitting. Send your ute's details and we'll confirm and book the bay.
