The Redback K-RPM15788 is a 2.5in cat-back exhaust for the Ford Falcon BA and BF sedan (2003–2008) with a hotdog centre and a single-outlet rear muffler. It keeps a proper rear box but runs a free-flowing hotdog in the middle — the balanced, single-exit build.
What does this cat-back combine?
This is a complete cat-back pairing a hotdog centre with a single-outlet rear muffler. The hotdog is a compact straight-through resonator that frees up the middle of the run and trims drone, while the rear muffler keeps the note in check and the single outlet gives one tailpipe exit. It's the build for an owner who wants a freer mid-section but a controlled, single-exit rear rather than a delete or a twin exit.
Why a single-outlet rear?
The single-outlet rear muffler runs one tailpipe at the back of the car. It's a tidier, more restrained exit than a dual outlet and keeps the rear muffler doing its silencing job. Combined with the hotdog centre it gives the BA/BF sedan a moderate lift in note without going to a delete.
Is it road legal?
