The Redback K-RPM15793 is a 2.5in cat-back exhaust for the Ford Falcon FG sedan (02/2008–12/2014) with a hotdog centre and a single-outlet rear muffler. It carries the hotdog-plus-single-rear build over to the later FG floor.
What sets this FG build apart?
This cat-back pairs a hotdog centre with a single-outlet rear muffler, cut for the FG sedan specifically. The hotdog is a compact straight-through resonator that frees the middle of the run and trims drone; the single-outlet rear muffler keeps the back of the car controlled with one tailpipe. It's the FG-floor version of the balanced, single-exit build rather than a delete or twin layout.
Why does the FG sedan listing matter?
The FG floor and rear-end differ from the earlier BA/BF cars, so a cat-back cut for the FG sedan is shaped to suit that body's routing and tailpipe position. Matching the kit to the FG means the hotdog centre and single rear sit where the floor expects them. The 2.5in bore is the larger of the common Falcon pipe sizes.
