The Redback K-RPM15791 is a 2.5in exhaust system for the Ford FG Falcon sedan that pairs a hotdog centre with a rear-muffler delete. It runs a straight-through resonator in the middle and leaves the rear box out — a more open note overall.
How does the hotdog-plus-delete layout sound?
This system combines two ideas: a hotdog centre and no rear muffler. The hotdog is a compact straight-through resonator that trims drone without choking flow, while deleting the rear silencer removes a stage of quietening at the back of the car.
