Mazda BT50 DPF 3.2L WITHOUT CAT & WITHOUT MUFFLER.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKMA0020 is a stripped section listed to fit the Mazda BT-50 DPF 3.2L, built without the catalytic converter and without a muffler. The cat-delete on this DPF-generation system makes it an off-road-only build.
Because the MKMA0020 deletes the catalytic converter on a DPF-equipped exhaust system, it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road use only. Removing the cat takes out emissions hardware the BT-50 needs to be road-legal. There's no softening that, and we say it plainly before you order.
Cut for the DPF generation, this section removes both the catalytic converter and the rear muffler. That makes it the most open and free-flowing of the DPF BT-50 builds — no chambered box to absorb the note and no cat in the path, so the 3.2L diesel runs loud and raw. It suits a dedicated off-road build where flow and an unmuffled note matter more than registration.
It's listed to fit the Mazda BT-50 DPF with the 3.2L engine. DPF routing is specific, so confirm your exact build and year with the workshop before ordering, and weigh up the off-road-only status against your use. Listed fitment is a guide, not a guarantee.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits the MKMA0020 in-house. We confirm the section works with the DPF setup, clears the chassis, set the hangers, and talk through the off-road-only implications before sign-off. RRP is AUD 1430.80; send your BT-50 DPF 3.2L's spec and we'll book the bay.
