The Pacemaker PH5343_L_R is a pair of 1-7/8in 4-into-1 competition headers built for an LS V8 conversion into the Holden HQ-WB. Supplied as a left and right set, they're the engine-side replacement for the cast factory manifolds when you swap an LS into an early Holden.

PH5343_L_R is a left-and-right header pair, the section of the exhaust that bolts straight to the cylinder heads and gathers the runners before the rest of the system.
