Holden VU and VY Series 1 8 Cylinder Ute 1 7/8 Tuned Headers 2 1/2 Inch System.
Category: Extractors and headers

The Pacemaker PP5363-19 is the 1⅞in-primary, 2½-inch system listed for the Holden VU and VY Series 1 V8 ute, supplied as a complete run. The larger 1⅞in primaries make it the high-rpm-oriented set for the early VU/VY ute.
1⅞in is the larger primary bore in the range, sized for a higher-output, higher-rpm V8 build where bigger runners can flow more at the top end. On the PP5363-19 they replace the cast factory manifolds with tuned-length runners that merge into a collector, then feed the 2½-inch system. It suits a worked VU/VY ute rather than a stock-output daily. We publish no power or sound figures and won't quote any.
This is a complete run: 1⅞in tuned headers plus the matched 2½-inch system right through to the back. It's listed to the Holden VU and VY Series 1 ute, so the routing follows the ute underbody from the collectors rearward.
It's listed to fit the Holden VU and VY Series 1 V8 ute. Engine, transmission and any prior exhaust work affect the fit, so send your build and we'll confirm the PP5363-19 against the listing before ordering.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits these Pacemaker header packages in the Illawarra. We seal the head flanges, check steering and crossmember clearance on the ute, and align the 2½-inch system to the back. RRP is listed at 4240.03 AUD; fitting is quoted once we've seen the vehicle.
