What does a tuned header change on a 5.7 V8?
The factory cast manifold feeds each cylinder into a shared casting close to the head; a tuned-length header gives every cylinder its own mandrel-bent 1⁻₇⁄₈in runner of matched length before the collector. Is it road legal?
These are tuned extractors, not an emissions device — no catalytic converter or muffler is certified inside the header.
