Why muffler-first, then a hotdog?
This package leads on its silencing order. The main chambered muffler does the bulk of the quietening early in the 2.5in left-and-right run, and a hotdog — a straight-through resonator — sits behind it to tidy the remaining note. It's the reverse arrangement to a resonator-first layout, and on a tray-back Falcon the bank-specific routing has to clear the diff and chassis rails.
