The Redback STR125 is a 2.5in rear muffler finished with a dual tail pipe, listed to fit the V6 Holden Commodore VT, VX and VY in sedan, wagon and ute. The twin-exit tailpipe is the visual and packaging point of difference at the back of the car.
What does the dual tail pipe change?
STR125 carries a 2.5in body and exits through two tailpipes instead of one, giving the back of the Commodore a twin-outlet look in place of the single factory pipe. As a chambered rear muffler it still works by absorption and reflection to keep the V6 civil, so it's the quieter end of the spectrum with a tidier rear presentation.
