Composition / Full flow

Full ADR compliance flow

Bonus composition wiring every primitive into a single end-to-end story: approval workflow → declaration → live sound meter → sound test reports → RPM correlation → drive-by → inspector sign-off → certificate. Side rail surfaces the ADR rule reference and the roadworthy vs ADR comparison. Footer shows the workshop pass/fail counter.

Modification approval · 5 steps

From declaration to certificate

Every modification follows the same documented flow so the workshop, customer and NSW regulator see the same evidence trail.

  1. Customer declaration

Customer signs the modification + ADR awareness declaration. Workshop captures rego, VIN and the modification scope.

  2. Pre-modification test

Capture stationary dB(A) baseline at the certified microphone position. Stored to the job file.

  3. Modification work

Fit the cat-back, manifold or muffler change. Photograph every join and joint for the evidence pack.

  4. Post-modification test

Re-measure stationary dB(A), then drive-by. Confirm the post-mod result is within the ADR band.

  5. Certificate of compliance

Issue the ADR certificate with technician sign-off, verification QR and a copy mailed to the customer.
