The Pacemaker KB8010-XXMX is a single 3in exhaust kit listed to fit the Mazda BT-50 3.2L P5AT turbo-diesel (2011–2016), built with a centre muffler and no catalytic converter. The cat-less build is the defining feature — this is the off-road version for the later 3.2L ute.
Is it road legal?
This kit comes without a catalytic converter, so on a road-relevant diesel system it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road use only. We won't soften that — removing the converter changes the emissions hardware the 3.2L BT-50 left the factory with. If road registration matters, look at the with-cat version instead. Confirm your intended use with the workshop before fitting.
What does the 3in P5AT kit cover?
At a 3in bore, this kit is sized up from a tighter stock system for the 3.2L P5AT turbo-diesel of 2011–2016. It runs a single 3in pipe through a centre muffler, which keeps the note in check from the middle of the run even with the cat left out. The 3in figure is the hard number; material isn't published, so we won't claim stainless or aluminised.
